8 week course to freedom


Forgiveness Meditation is run over 8 weeks, in a tranquil setting in Sydney’s north-western suburbs.  The relaxing, peaceful atmosphere at this venue creates a learning environment where you can let go of the stress of the day and just be.

Each week we come together for two blissful hours of relaxation and learning.

What is forgiveness?

Forgiveness is a release and letting go of a past hurt that has been inflicted upon you or that you have inflicted upon another. It is a deliberate, conscious act that comes completely from within.  Forgiveness does not require justice or an apology; it is simply the act of letting go of the hurt, freeing you of anger, hated and resentment, while forgiving yourself and others.

How can meditation help me forgive?

By quieting your mind and opening yourself up to the divine awareness of the present moment, meditation gives you a powerful sense of clarity and realization of the bigger picture. As meditation clears all your mental/emotional negative energy, you begin to feel an abundance of love in your life, making it easier for you to let go of the past quickly and easily.  Learning to ‘let go’ of the past, one meditation at a time, is the art of simply ‘being present’ in the moment, forgiving and allowing the past to simply heal itself.

How can Forgiveness Meditation positively impact on my life?

Forgiveness Meditation is the first step towards healing, it can:

 About the Facilitator:

Meditationpage152412Maree Kendall is a natural therapist with  20 years experience in Sydney’s north-west, practising Bowen technique, Aromatic Kinesiology and Bush Flower Essence therapy.  For more than 15 years Maree has facilitated meditation groups on a regular basis and has hosted many  women’s retreat week-ends.
