Amazing Oils Organic Magnesium Oil Spray helps relieve muscular aches and pains.  It also helps relax the body and promote a good night’s sleep.

Organic Magnesium Oil Spray is made from naturally sourced magnesium chloride from the pristine salt lakes of Australia.   The 250ml spray bottle will last approximately 6 months with daily use.

How Important is Magnesium?

Magnesium is required by every cell in the body to function optimally.  Magnesium is important for brain health, heart health, muscle contraction, bone strength, and energy production. It is estimated that about 75% of  Australians are deficient in this important mineral due to soil deficiencies.

Magnesium deficiency symptoms include fatigue, insomnia, muscle aches and pains.  It can also affect our moods and anxiety levels. Therefore, supplementing with magnesium is essential for everybody.

Topical application of Magnesium Oil vs Oral Supplementation:

You may be already taking an oral magnesium supplement.  Did you know that up to 90% of oral magnesium may be destroyed in the gut? Studies have shown that the transdermal application of magnesium and/ormagnesium foot soaks or baths, can increase blood serum levels of magnesium. Therefore, using  Magnesium Bath Flakes in a bath or a daily application of Magnesium Oil Spray can increase your magnesium levels and relieve your symptoms.

If you suffer from insomnia, try spraying Magnesium Oil on your feet, calves and lower back.  You will sleep like a baby. Adding 1 cup of Magnesium Bath Flakes to a warm bath will also improve sleep.

Testimonial:

“I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for the advice a couple of weeks ago. The results from using magnesium oil and having Bowen Therapy have been huge. I’ve been pain-free lately and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt this well. I still get very sore feet if I’m standing or walking for too long, however, I recover much faster and the pain doesn’t travel up my legs. It’s been really bad most of this year but I’m much better now. So this is a heartfelt thank you.”
