We take pride in creating handmade aromatherapy products with care and intention. Your satisfaction matters to us, so please review our returns policy before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
If you’ve received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Custom-blended or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is incorrect or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email [info@bowtechworks.com.au] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started preparing your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
