As we start a new year, we inevitably make those sometimes unachievable New Year’s resolutions!! Setting new goals for the year ahead is a worthwhile practice, but they need to be realistic and we need to make ourselves accountable for them in some way. MAKE A LIST – Taking time to sit down and ask ourselves what areas of our lives really need a ‘shake up ‘ or a make-over OR thrown out, is the first step. Deciding what is our heart’s desire is another step, then how do we achieve it is the next step. Putting our goals in order of priority is also helpful. Too often procrastination, lack of motivation and low self esteem can block us from achieving our new goals and making changes in our lives. Bush Flower Essences can help ‘unblock’ us emotionally, clearing the path to change. PROCRASTINATION – Red Grevillea helps with how to bring about change; Paw Paw helps with major decision making; Sundew helps us take action instead of ‘daydreaming’. MOTIVATION – Black-eyed Susan helps us slow down and ‘listen’ to what we really need; Five Corners gives confidence in decision-making; Paw Paw helps with being overwhelmed with too many ideas and Kapok Bush is for those who give up before they start, because it all seems too hard! CAN’T DECIDE?? IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, WHY NOT HAVE A REMEDY DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU!! CALL MAREE NOW FOR A CONSULTATION 0412 080051 OR 02 96268705 PHONE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE
