This New Year started off a bit ‘shaky’ as I ended the hectic Xmas season with my hard-drive and lower backcrashing 🙁 However, lesson learnt…………. I slowed down, giving myself a compulsory rest from physical exertion and anything that related to work. So here we are in the start of a new year, feeling refreshed and ready to face whatever unfolds in the Year of the Rabbit. “According to the Chinese Zodiac, the Year of 2011 is the Year of the Golden Rabbit, which begins on February 3, 2011 and ends on January 22, 2012. The Rabbit is a lucky sign. According to Chinese tradition, the Rabbit brings a year in which you can catch your breath and calm your nerves. It is a time for negotiation….. Make it a goal to create a safe, peaceful lifestyle, so you will be able to calmly deal with any problem that may arise.” Read more….. As I was born in the year of the Rabbit, I am looking forward to a harmonious year of abundance without any conflict or confrontation, both locally and globally. This year I will be offering workshops and retreats for those wishing to take time out of their busy lives torelax, refresh and rejuvenate themselves. See below for details.
Wishing you all a year of peace, love and abundance Maree Kendall

The technique not only addresses the musculoskeletal framework, but also the fascia, nerves and internal organs. The body’s biofeedback response improves circulation and lymphatic drainage and aids in the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins. Read more….
